We pride ourselves on offering a little something for everyone - ranging from those truly ‘one-off’ pieces from the TRTG brand and other talented designers to original vintage at affordable prices, you're sure to find that perfect purchase to proudly flaunt your fabulously unique side.

All of our designs are unique to each other - however, if you do see a piece you just have to have and it isn't in your size please contact us. We are happy to make items to order (subject to availability of materials) and even offer a customising service - simply email us with your requirements, send in the clothing and we will customise your garments for a tiny fee.

PLEASE NOTE...

You're probably wondering why The Store is looking a little empty at the moment, well let me explain.....

We are currently showing at The Affordable Vintage Fair and have removed images of our fabulous pieces so as not to dissapoint any customer who wishes to purchase something that may have already been sold at the Fair. Our stunning range of unique designs and genuine vintage will be back online shortly. We hope this doesn't cause any convenience.

Through rose-tinted glasses - The Store is an independently-owned online store selling a stunning range of unique designs and vintage pieces from the exclusive Through rose-tinted glasses brand and other labels that have been lovingly hand-made and sourced especially for you!

What is offered are not replicas from the past, but affordable genuine old favourites and exclusive designs that will add a touch of originality and a fresh twist to any outfit!

As well as providing affordable products to our customers, we also aim to provide a convenient and inexpensive online outlet to up and coming designers and vintage retailers who like the idea of selling their pieces online, but not the idea of maintaining an expensive and time-consuming website.

A great hassle-free way to gain exposure of your products, we won't charge you to list your items, just a tiny fee for every item you sell. Listing is easy - all we need from you is a photo, description and price of your item and we will do the rest!

Through rose-tinted glasses is an up and coming fashion blog featuring the amusing shopping adventures of a self-confessed shopping addict!

Hear all about the joys and tribulations of a serial shopper shopping on a budget - her regular ramblings after strutting the high street and exploring the charity and vintage shops; how to dress and still look fab for less; her delight at a bargain and the frustration of designer desires that are always (and will always seem to be) nothing more than a fashion fantasy; and her personal take on the must-have mini trends and the latest trends of the season... This is the fashion world literally Through rose-tinted glasses!

The Store Policies - Ordering and Payment made simple

At present, we are unable to accept payment online. We apologise for any inconvenience and have undertaken every effort to maintain an enjoyable shopping experience and minimise any difficulty for our customers.

To place an order, please note the name and price of the item and your preferred payment method and pop them in an email addressed to staceyrosie@yahoo.com or call 07880 016580. We will contact you shortly after to confirm.

We are pleased to offer a variety of payment options to our customers when purchasing the items available exclusively from Through rose-tinted glasses – The Store.

From UK shoppers only, we accept offline payment by cheque or cash, although please understand that purchases cannot be dispatched until payment has been received and, if paying by cheque, cleared. Please send payment to Through rose-tinted glasses, 76 Deightonby Street, Thurnscoe, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S63 0JA and cheques must be made payable to ‘Stacey Rose’.

Alternatively, it is quicker, more convenient and secure to provide payment online via Paypal. If you wish to do so, please note this in an email order and we will send you a Paypal invoice request. We do request that International customers pay using PayPal only, and that all payments must be made in GBP (Pounds sterling).

The Store Policies - Postage and Packaging

It is our promise to dispatch your item as quickly as possible!

All our hand-picked items are delightfully wrapped, carefully packaged and sent Recorded Royal Mail delivery. To maintain a hassle-free shopping trip the cost of delivery is just £3.50 for one item, with just £1 extra for every additional item ordered.

Please feel free to contact us if you require an urgent or alternative dispatch method and we’ll be pleased to meet your requirement.

The Store Policies - Customer Service

We continuously try our best to give a thorough and true description of each charming and fabulous item on our rails and shelves in The Store! However, if there’s something specific you would like to know about a particular item please contact us and we’ll provide any further details we can.

All sizing mentioned on this website is stated according to the label, however we realise that vintage and hand-made clothing often varies from time to time, or may not have a label. Therefore, we may provide further comments or an estimated size calculated by measurements and/or compared to how it fits the model. Although every endeavour is made to provide accurate sizing to our customers, there may still be minor differences. If you have any queries about any item you see in The Store, please don’t hesitate to contact staceyrosie@yahoo.com and we will be more than happy to provide any further assistance.

Some of the items offered in The Store are brand new, never having been previously worn or used, with some being original vintage that has been worn previously. We rarely offer items with any imperfections, but please be aware that, occasionally, a vintage item may have a minor flaw due to its age. However, we will bring any to attention and describe in full detail in the item description, and check the item again before packaging and posting.

It is our promise that all shoppers can buy with confidence!
